I registered in Magical Spin a couple of months ago and completly forgot about it. I never deposited and never cashed out.

When they explained to me that I couldn't withdraw from an inactive account, I then wrote back to them that it was impossible and that I made 2 deposits. But I caught on quickly that I might have registered before with my old email adress. I told them honestly what I thought was going on and they wrote back saying that they will investigate this closer. They wrote back saying that I had 2 accounts (one that was completely inactive) and the other that I was playing with. They took all my winnings and closed my accounts and said that they would send the last deposit I did. Like WTF!?? That casino is full of crap
