Very dissapointing experience at this casino, They claim having opening hours for their live support between 06.00 to 00.00 ETC/GMT Monday - Sunday, But thei are barely open at all, When sending emails they very rarely responds. When coming to verification they keep denying the document which they them selves asked for. In my case they did not allow pdf files to upload at their casino so i sent it to their email. After weeks of waiting with no response i finally managed to talk to their live support who told me to take printscreens of my bankstatement, Then after uploading it and even sending all the prints along with the actual bankstatement to their email, They now want me to print out the statement and take a photo of it. I am still waiting for it to get verified. it has gone weeks and it is very hard to get a respinse or get in contact with their live support. They have recieved what they asked for three times yet my account is still not verified.

The chat "support" directed me to email another support and they would get back to me. After going around in circles many times , I gave up. This is a scam casino. They don't intend to pay you ever.
