Currently having some issues with cashing out... I used a no deposit promo, made it through the playthrough, went back to the t&c to double check what the max payout was on it ($100), got my KYC cometed and approved, requested cashout of $100 with $100.12 in my available account, got denied with an email saying the reason was I need to make a deposit first (which I'm okay with), and that the max payout for the promo was $50.00, so they removed $50.12 from my account. I'll start by saying that ever since I sent in my kyc documents, the "live chat" bubble at the bottom right of the site no longer allows me to speak to a live representative, I only can get a bot. It gives me a few tags I can click on, that don't answer my questions, and ultimately take me back to square one, never allowing me an option of a live agent. That alone is pretty sketchy. They make a claim to be the "Kings" of lightning fast payouts, but now I'm getting the runaround. I've sent 5 separate emails, to all of the different departments I could, and no matter how many times I ask, or what I ask, I'm given the same response in return; "Hope that you are well and safe. We regret to inform you that your Withdrawal request has been denied. You have to make one successful deposit in the Casino prior to the first Withdrawal. Thank you for your understanding." My questions were; 1) To be sent the full terms & conditions for the current promotion used. 2) The exact promo code itself that was redeemed for the promotion. 3) Is there any way to speak to a live representative, since the live chat bubble was no longer working for anything except a bot? Doesn't sound like they answered any of those questions... so, that's where I'm currently at wit it, I'll update more as I find out more. The casino itself is nice, though. Clean and friendly interface, good games, and great bonuses.
