Tried for over 1 year to withdraw funds and then once everything was finally authorised they closed my account with my $750 still in it. The response from the casino was any account can be closed at thier discretion at any time.
They keep cancelling my withdrawals. I’ve verified my ID but they now want my address, bank statement etc.
At one stage they wanted my drivers licence. Not. A. Chance. Never send this. Simple way for some ID theft.
Has anyone else provided the list for the wire transfer? Seems excessive.

A little further down the track, I can’t log in to the 24/7 chat, which when they discovered my username, they ended chat as quick as possible anyway. No response to emails. My VIP host, has blocked me.

They ask for alot of KYC stuff, but if you give it to them in full, they will approve your account. When you put in a withdrawal it can take a week for them to approve it. For the first withdrawal it will take a few days to ask for your banking details. Once they have that it will take around 1.5 weeks and you will get your cash. If you had a bonus to get your winnings they will deduct that and then will deduct around $40 for a transfer fee, but you will get your money. Maximum withdrawal is $2500. I have had two withdrawals from them and have received it. They are just painfully slow. You just need to be patient and give them everything they ask for
This place is an absolute shithole. Awaiting a further $35k of $38500. So they’ve shown they can get money to you, all be it reluctantly by the look of things. Ask questions, get 3 different answers. They do their best to fob you off. Currently banned for a week for abuse. They don’t like being told they’re incompetent

Just a quick update. Colin has stopped replying to my emails for the last month or so. It is a sham this shithole. There’s plenty of better ones out there.
after a rocky start with this casino I must say I am more than happy playing here now. The withdrawls do take awhile (especially bank transfer) but I have recieved my winnings!! Well done True Blue!!

I sent every documents driver license, letter of my address to ( documents @turebluecasino.com ). And they need my permanent residence visa but I don’t have, so they asked me my student visa. And sent my bank details to ( payments @casinosupportcenter .com ) for them. Don’t know can withdraw or not.
And I just tried deposit to true blue again, and I couldn’t put any money in my account, and they told me use other Visa card to deposit. And I asked why my card can’t use, they didn’t reply and close the live chat.
