I'm having a real issue with verification at red cherry casino, I sent all the required documents that were requested and recieved an email today stating " sorry to inform you but you failed verification " then my account was locked and can't get any response to why this has happened! I've never had any issues getting verified with any other casino and always use the same credentials and documents at all the other casinos I'm currently verified at which is probably a dozen or more. The casino owes me 1200.00 in winnings I won fairly didn't break any rules or anything of that matter. I've tried to contact support and even emailed support they will not respond to me at all. This is wrong and not right to me or any player who has experienced this! I will also add that the same company that owns red cherry casino is also partnered with kudos casino they just did the same thing to me today as well " said your verification failed" and they closed my account also, they owe me 500.00 in winnings as well.
