I made a deposit and claimed a bonus and won! I still havent recieved my winnings. Ive waited through the time it states it takes to send wire transfers and nothing. After contacting support they said its been paid out but they havent sent me anything. I cant even get a proof of payment to see if they did send it why havent I recieved it. I enjoyed the games and the bonus was great but I havent been paid my winnings so thats just disappointing. Their process is long and they have one policy after another. First you wait 3 to 5 days then itd wait for the end of the day. Their financial department is not there on Mondays so now I have to wait again for someone to help me out. Smh never again!

lucky creek is a member of a group of casinos all owned by the same corporation. if you play there bonus and you use a bonus from another casino in the same group they will refuse to payout. What a load of crap!
