I got no deposit free spins upon registration and manage to complete wagering requirements. In order to recive my winnings I need to deposit 20e. Max what you can recive from no deposit bonus is 70 including your deposit but minimal amount to reguest withdraw here is 100e. So I was lucky, and my balance was over 100e so I did request to withdraw. I have sent documents vor verification before I made a deposit and were accepted. I have waited to recive my winnings about 2 weeks. At first they confirmed that the money is on the way, but after days waiting I received nothing, and contacted support to see what is happening to find out that my withdraw is not approved at all, and that some of my documents are incomplete. They never notified me about that... They said my bank statement is not exeptable because there is no BIC SWITFT... Then they sent me an email about documents but from other site where I never asked to withdraw.... It was funny situation, but also took a lot of nerves telling over and over that I wait for days to get my money, getting email that confirm something what in reality it is not happening. These guys just don't edmit their mistakes. In the end I found BIC SWIFT in my bank statement, it was there all the time, but they told me the document is not the same... So eventually I have received my 70e but it was really really very long time waiting, and the financial department there just don't do his job well.
