Had more issues with (lack of) support and technical issues with tournaments. Antonio was a good customer rep...Sarah and the cashier department . Cashier dept screwed me out of a legit win denying my payout request. After I complained to rep and manager, cashier dept credited back my funds to my account but never contacted me to say I could withdraw or even apologize for their mistake. Some rude employees in cashier dept. Anyways, they locked me out of account and tournaments for no logical reason. With this said, don't expect consistent treatment from any employee except Antonio. It was a good riddance for this casino, strictly due to rude cashiers who screwed up and then locked me out of my account because I complained to mgmt. 

I may have been a bit harsh and quick. Im not 100% sure on anything untoward going on. Will continue to play and see if it continues before a final verdict.
