It's unfortunate because this was once a casino I enjoyed playing at and they paid me everything that they owed me UNTIL they incorporated some new games which comes with a cost to any casino. I found out quickly a few months ago that play wins diminished not only in amounts but also in frequency. This is always a negative indicator for the financial liquidity of any casino because they're chasing more frequent deposits at the expense of player retention. This is a big warning sign and should raise a red flag to being able to collect should you be lucky enough to pocket any profit. I'd stay away until their play time along with the size of their spin wins increases.

Ya, I enjoyed playing here for a while and then it became impossible to win. The promos are good but almost impossible to roll it over before you lose all that to. They'll let you win big on your free spins and then the same game won't give you nothing after the free ones are over. Seems like they let you win a few bucks in the beginning and after that they just want your deposits as quick as possible. Makes me wonder if they're having liquidity issues.

Casino that won't pay lies and cheats I turned $50 into $300 when it was time to cash out they denied my documents after a month of not getting paid I gambled with the $300. I turned $300 into $1300 When it was time to cash out my $1300 I kept sending documents to get approved Passport, with pic of me holding it same with driver's license bank statement car insurance and more finaly after 2 weeks I get an email saying the Money wire to my bank is approved . $56 dollar fee .. fine another week went by and I was told the money was being wired next day I get an email saying I had canceled my request .. ???? I had not but my $1300 was bank in my casino account .. I contact support and they send there had been a system error and in order to get my money I had to repeat the process documents and all, OUTRAGOUS I complain and they push me to accept a Bitcoin payment I did not want to but I did I set up a wallet and sent them the url to deliver my Bitcoin. They said they sent the Bit coin but no money in my wallet .. I contact support and the sent me proof they sent they money to Blockchain I company I never heard of and with whom it is impossible to get human help/ They insisted that I gave then that url and that they could not recover the funds and called my a liar and said I provided a blockchain url ... Ducky Luck is not licensed in the US. They have scammed too many people. Please save your money and do your research on BBB, Trustpilot, Casinos.com, etc. Positive reviews from people claiming to play for long periods of time and actually getting paid their winnings consistently are either part of their big scam or just don't exist. Any YouTube video you'll find advertising them are just scammers happy to take your hard earned money without doing a thing and their accounts are offshore so you don't know who you're even paying.

The payout didn't take me long but if you win a couple of times they will take all awards and bonus that you earned away calling you a pro and then you won't ever win again...It pretty bad , customer service is terrible

I finally got lucky and hit a satisfying amount but because I've been going back and forth with customer service about my verification I've ended up losing half of it back. Why does it seem very hard to get your money but it's not very hard to give it to play.

This casino sucks! I play on several different casino sites that I love but decided to try this one because of good reviews from casino review type sites. When I joined, I made $100 deposit and then another $50 deposit. At some point I claimed a promotion the website urges players to check out. I went on to hit a winning streak with went on for more than a week, during which I won and lost thousands. I would have thought that would satisfy the promotion. When I tried to cash some of my funds out, I found out, I could only claim $100 of my balance ($9,000+). This was not made clear in any of the promotion information. After I cashed out $100, I had a balance of $.19. I deposited another $100 and the funds disappeared within less than 30 min. What a joke this site is! I’ve been playing n Chumba and WoW Vegas for years and love these sites.

The casino itself is fun, they have great bonuses. However, the verification process is not fun. I asked support on the website what I needed to send and I even asked if I could cover sensitive information which they said I could. So I sent everything to the verification team that I was required. I received an email back saying I needed to basically resend everything with all of my sensitive information showing. The people I chat with from support are nice and definitely do a good job communicating. I am open to changing my review if I can just receive my money that I have been trying to withdraw! I just want my money!!!
