today is the 6th business day of waiting for a $900 withdrawal my account fully verified and i get told my photo id (drivers licence) has expired after the fact of full verification and withdrawal request which it has indeed but that is my licence to renew when i can and then update the casino profile at my own discretion is it not? Anyway after reading these reviews it seems that there will only be another lame excuse next time round.
They let me play through money for days I met the withdraw requirements and went too cash out 4000$ and they declined the payment cause apparently I had made a bet higher than 5 dollars after having played on past this for two days was left gutted and they would not even refund me my deposits There bonus scheme is impossible it is a scam of a site that does not pay your any money

Bondibet should be ashamed of the way they scam....so greedy and sneaky and underhanded. I went to them because of a list on a casino site...they will be kicked off that list and all others by the time I am done with them...it pays to be with a lawyer and once worked for a Casino Commission.
Withdrawal Process: Played thru my bonus without exceeding the $5 max be. Afterwards, had a fantastic run with some pretty large wins (eg $32k on Aztec betting only $25) Due to their $4000 pw withdrawal limit (which is fine, I understand this would take a few weeks to get my winnings) I have now been trying to withdraw since the 24th of March. Withdrawal was placed back in my account a week later - I had to contact Live Chat to find out why, all my previously Verified Forms had to be resent...(Bearing in mind I'd already had 2 successful Withdrawals with no issues at all weeks before) . Waited another week, same thing happens. Waited yet another week - had to contact Live Chat yet again, find out I need the Card Authority form filled in... Waited again, found out a 'Verification Process' is in place. Contacted Live Chat again to find that this can take yet another 10 business days... Think I've been pretty patient, but this is now beyond ridiculous. I understand their process, but it seems like excuse after excuse.
Update. I am so happy to report that I just heard back from Bondibet and my withdrawal was approved. It only took one day after receiving my review email that I received approval. I should receive the monies in 7 days or so. It may have been easier because I never use bonuses. This confirms to me that Bondibet is another Casino I can play at now and I am glad because I love their games.
-Withdrew my $3000 that I won without a bonus , after my documents were verified and approved.
-Waited 5 days to find my money was put back into my account without any explanation as to why my withdrawal was cancelled
- I contacted the online assistant to ask why and they said that further documentation required. Once again I provided what was asked for and it was verified.
-Once again, my withdrawal was cancelled after 5 days of waiting and I was advised I had to complete a credit card voucher form which I was not told about, didn’t even have the decency to contact me about it. I filled out the form it was verified and approved
-again I had to had to withdraw my money and after another 5 days, they made me sent me a email telling my withdrawal was declined due to the fact that my account was randomly chosen for a Verification Process. which I can now see reading all the reviews here it wasn’t random, as others have posted that they received the same email when wanting to withdraw.
-I replied to this email advising that my lawyer would like the official name of the Commission they fall under, in case Bondibet is thinking of stalling once again in sending my withdrawal. I have a lot of money to pursue this. With a lawyer for a husband and friends/in Casino Commissions in different jurisdictions.
-never in the 3 years of online gambling have I experienced this before..I am paid within 3-5 days, as said once documents are verified…no stalling, or fine print giving them all kinds of ways to stall or not pay.
-Posting here, I see my suspicions about Bondibet and their unwillingess to payout has been confirmed.
-Banding together to have their licence revoked and them blacklisted can be done with the various numbers of others confirming here…of course I have kept copies of all the evidence in my account and around the internet about Bondibet. It is absolutely disgusting the way they exhibit greed, insensitivity, poor gaming practices, fraud, etc. ,
How does Bondibet sleep at night knowing they rip players off based on "technicalities that may or may not be consistently applied. We will see what a good lawyer and Commission would say about that. It is very clear these are technicalities included to appear legit and on the up and up, when clearly they are setting rules, such as bet limits and withdrawals, without clear postings of it to blame players and prevent the need to payout. No one challenges them on the consistency of their requirements and the percentage of payout, etc. Until now, of course.
I also have concerns about safety of documentation with such a greedy and shameless Casino...i recently had posts on the credit card I used with Bondibet in a large amount, which I did not make. It is being investigated and origins will determine if Bondibet is not protecting player privacy. I cannot state this for certain until review is done, but I use that credit card very very rarely.

The biggest mistake is to taking their offers and bonuses.. That is their easy catch.. They will always find excuses to not give you your money when you won..
So the best advice is. DO NOT take any promotional offer from them and play for your own money without any promotion and bonus accepting..

Absolutely do not use bondibet, they throw every excuse at you not to honour your withdrawal request, same as everyone else. I deposited money into my account on their site and after using up all my free spins and bonuses I started betting with my own money I had deposited, I started winning so put withdrawal request through which of course this shonky site rejected, removed all my credits and hide behind bullshit "rules of playing" which don't apply when using real money. Try to contact them to sort it out and they just send you back pre made template replies that they obviously send to everyone. So again I advise based on my experience with bondibet don't waste your money or time with them

This casino is a SCAM.
Previously I had made deposits totalling $3000 over about 2 months
My last deposit was $300 and with bonus I started betting with $1050. Now to complete their turnover requirements you have to bet 35x this amount at $5 bets, so over $35,000 in $5 spins which took over 24 hours of constant spinning on quickspin. When this was completed I made my withdrawal of $4000 which is the maximum weekly amount. After waiting 8 days for an answer they declined my withdrawal and just erased all of the $8000 from my account because one of the spins was more than $5. Even though I had made over $35,000 of $5 spins. They also have a clause in their rules that all bonuses and winnings related to bonuses are voided after 7 days. So the lengthy time it takes to process your withdrawal will give them grounds to void every dollar in your account....
Absolute SCAM impossible to win, you'd be better off flushing your money down the toilet!
They also will delay verification of documents to delay paying any winnings.

A few points that we need to make note of here.
1.Your total deposit with the brand was 1500 not 3000 as claimed.
2. On your last deposit - 20th Feb 2020 the casino gave you a 250% deposit match bonus, which you took up
3. Straight away you bet more than the maximum bet size of $5 as stipulated in the terms and conditions which you agreed to adhere too. This term is clearly marked out in point 3.4 and the conditions of breaching this is also clearly marked out.
In regards to the comment about the 7 days - this is correct and is clearly stated. When you deposit and take up the bonus offer you have 7 days in which to complete the bonus offer. You took a mere morning to exceed the wagering on the deposit +250% deposit match so 7 days is more than enough time for this to be completed.
We are sorry that it came to this but the rules are clear an simple with regards to max bet size while wagering. You chose to break these rules, we did what our terms clearly state.
The Casino was not in the wrong here in its decision.
