Be careful when considering to deposit with these guys. Very happy to take your money but when it comes to payouts very difficult. Firstly you submit all your documents and your account is verified, but this is not good enough for a payout, they say it is for security checks, However they still let you deposit and play without this been done, So how can it be for security?? They deliberately take more than 5 days to review any withdrawal, so once it is denied you have to make another deposit before requesting a new withdrawl. Online chat Customer service won't answer accounting questions, so you have to email and wait days for a reply, if you get a reply at all. They want a copy of my bank statement account number to process my withdrawal even when you have told them everything swift code, BSB, and account in the initial withdrawal form. Constant delay tactics.

Withdrawing is tricky. My account was verified and I managed to withdraw funds, then, when I had another win (after several deposits), my account was 'randomly selected' for verification. Given the my account details had been verified just three weeks before, this seems highly unusual. Furthermore, all my money disappeared for approximately two days.
