No responsible gambling protection for players who need assistance staying in control. I was able to sign up, deposit and lose over £4000 before they got in touch to check on affordability. This is despite them being a sister site of a chain of casinos where I have limits in place. I try to stick to the same casinos and assumed the limits were there but they weren't and I got carried away. I did not withdraw once. I also showed them proof that I had asked Gamstop to be self excluded, I raised this all in a online message and an email and they haven't responded - just shut my account. Casinos have a duty of care and most of them have very high standards and protection in place for problem gamblers who get carried away - unfortunately I was not protected here and was left to deposit much larger amounts than I could afford. The fact they have not responded to my complaints is just the icing on a bad cake.
